1. Preserving the 45% tax exemption as guaranteed by the Utah State Constitution
2. Opposing the elimination of the mortgage interest tax deduction and the unjust increase of property taxes
3. Fighting against the implementation of a sales tax on personal services, as well as the creation of real estate transfer tax and a brand new state-wide land tax
4. Assuring a favorable zoning and regulatory environment.
