EDUCATION COMMITTEE

MISSION:

Responsible for planning and conducting Association sponsored educational programs. The Committee is also in charge of the Association library and scheduling of the GRI programs in conjunction with the Utah Association of REALTORS®. Provide a series of opportunities for REALTORS® to further their professional education.

1. Schedule mini-courses or seminars throughout the year on a regular basis with due consideration to other courses and seminars sponsored by the Utah Association of REALTORS®, National Association Affiliates, and other organizations.

2. Assist the Utah Association of REALTORS® Education Committee in their scheduling of speakers and courses.

3. Be alert to those courses being offered through the National Association of REALTORS® and its affiliates, and make the membership aware of these courses and the advantages they offer.

4. Promote the Weber/North Davis Association of REALTORS® library to the general membership and suggest additional material to continually upgrade the library.

5. Conduct Indoctrination course for new members every other month. Applicants will have 60 days from the next available Indoctrination to complete the course.

6. Review and update indoctrination course materials to ensure that material is current and comprehensive.
