REALTOR® and Affiliate Members
are encouraged to volunteer throughout the year
to serve on one or more of the Board's many
committees. The experience offers an exceptional
opportunity to network with other real estate
professionals and make new friends. To volunteer

Each year, the Board of Directors identifies and
establishes committees and/or task groups to
carry out responsibilities ranging from internal
affairs to community service. The smooth and
efficient running of the Board is accomplished
by hours of volunteer service by many dedicated
members. We invite you to give back to the
industry and the community by volunteering your
time. There are approximately 250-300 total
committee assignments made each year. Because of
this limitation, we may not be able to
accommodate a member's requested committee
assignment. However, you will always be
appointed to another committee, so you are
encouraged to participate.
When a member receives an assignment, he or she
is expected to donate the time and effort
necessary for that committee to be successful in
carrying out its assignment. Committee
assignments will be finalized by the end of the
